Legal Statement
By entering the New Building Flat Information Page on www.ujlakas.info, the user accepts the following terms even if it is not a registered user or subscriber of any of the services of the system:

- The collected and structured content on the www.ujlakas.info Flat Information Page (“Page”) is the intellectual property of the WebSite NetSolution Zrt. (“Publisher”).
All rights related to copying and distributing the content of the Page using any kind of method are reserved to the Publisher. The content and form of the websites that belong to the Page are protected by international and Hungarian laws. Processing and selling the Page or its components (e.g. text, graphics, pictures, audio / video content, data structure, practice, program) without the written consent of the Publisher is forbidden. Certain parts of the content of the Page are allowed, for strictly personal use, to be downloaded to your hard disk or to be printed; however, the new copy is also forbidden to be distributed, to be stored in a database, to be enabled to download, or to be made commercially available.

- The whole Page with the advertisements on it is protected by copyright law; deleting parts from them and presenting the truncated version to the public are forbidden. It is also forbidden to mirror the content of the Page without the written consent of the Publisher, that is, to present it to the public with some technical help, even in unaltered form. The unauthorised use may have legal and criminal consequences. The Publisher can demand quitting the infringement of the laws and claim compensation for the damages caused.

- Re-publishing information from the Page is allowed only with the exact link to the page and if the re-publishing party

a) does not modify the original information;
b) indicates the exact link to the Page at its every occurrence.


- The domain of the Page is protected by copyright law and receives trademark protection; its use, except for the link, is allowed only with the written consent of the Publisher.

- The news and photos of news agencies used on the Page are protected by copyright law; without regard to personal and non-commercial use, they are forbidden to be published, broadcast, or transferred in their original or altered form in the media, or to be stored on computer.

- The Publisher shall manage the personal data gained by using the Page according to the LXIII law of 1992 about the protection of personal data and the publication of data of general interest. If You submit any of your personal data to the Publisher, You give your consent that those data are stored and managed by the Publisher according to the aim of the business action.
The Publisher shall manage any information, facts, and solutions about the identity, data, material condition, business actions, management, proprietary and business relationships of its clients as business secrets. The Publisher shall manage any data received through the Internet with as much protection as data received by other means.

- The Publisher shall aspire to give accurate and authentic information, but it is not responsible for any damage resulting from false information.
