New Manager at Orco Property Group’s Budapest Office

Her responsibility is to extend the occupancy rate across Orco’s office portfolio. Ms. Vojnar brings over 10 years of real estate and business experience from several multinational companies, having worked both regionally and internationally. Ms. Vojnár returned from AXA Real Estate in Paris where she worked as Expertise and Marketing Product Manager on the new funds under development.

Ms. Vojnar started her professional career as CEE Leasing and Marketing Manager at Euro Fund III (State of Washington Pension Fund’s regional portfolio). Later on she served as Director of Sales and Marketing at GTC Real Estate Development and Immobilia, and also served as Leasing, Marketing and Business Advisor to AEW Europe in CE. Ms. Vojnár also gained experience in Hong Kong and mainland China where she managed the development and market introduction of a newly developed consumer product. Ms. Vojnár graduated from Corvinus University in Budapest majoring in international economics. Later she obtained a Master’s real estate science and RICS degree at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, as well as at Nottingham Trent University. Besides her native Hungarian, Ms. Vojnár speaks English, German and French.
