ORCO welcomes a new tenant in Orco Business Park

Orco Property Group is delighted to announce that it has signed a new contract for Building B of Orco Business Park. The new Tenant, Eurobus-Invest Regionális Közlekedésfejlesztési Zrt, is a member of Arriva and Deutsche Bahn, they operate scheduled, contracted, long-distance and international bus services in Hungary and Slovakia.

Exobus is going to open its Slovakian and Hungarian center in Orco Business Park, where it intends to win and maintain the trust of clients by continously providing them with high quality and reliable services.

 

László Iván, the Executive Head of Slovakia of Eurobus-Invest Zrt. said that ”the flexibility and positive attitude on both sides resulted in a business structure that meets their expectations 100%.”

Eurobus-Invest Zrt. will lease 142 square meters of office area from the 15th of April.
