New tenant in Roosevelt 7/8 Office Building

Since its foundation in 1861, the name of Carl Schaefer has stood for quality, service and reliability in its dealings with precious metals – from the economic and trusted recycling of materials containing precious metals, through the production and sale of individual, customer-specific semi-finished precious metals, to complete precious-metal management.

Referring to its light green color, the original Roosevelt 7/8 was known in Budapest as the "Spinach House." Following a thorough renovation, the building was re-opened in 2006. It now joins the adjacent Gresham Palace and the Academy of Sciences to form a unique ensemble of magnificent architecture representing various centuries. While Roosevelt 7/8’s ground floor offers a variety of shops, restaurants and bars, its upper levels accommodate modern office spaces.
