Prologis Welcomes LPR La Palette Rouge in Błonie and Poznań

– Prologis, Inc., the leading owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced that LPR La Palette Rouge, a pallet-pooling specialist and a division of Euro Pool System, Europe’s leading logistics service provider of returnable packaging, has signed two new leasing agreements totaling 7,600 square metres at Prologis parks in Błonie and Poznań. The transactions were facilitated by Jones Lang LaSalle Industrial Department Real Estate Agency.

New lease transactions include:

 

•        3,740 square metresin building 7 at PrologisPark Błonie, near the E30 express road 25 kilometres west of Warsaw;

 

•        3,599 square metresin building 3 at PrologisPark Poznańby the S11 express road, close to the A2 highway and 15 kilometres west of Poznań centre.

In Europe, Euro Pool System leases a total of 41,100 square metres in four Prologis parks in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany and Spain. Euro Pool System has been a Prologis customer in Europe since 2011.

 

With a portfolio totaling over 1.9 million square metres, Prologis is the largest owner and operator of distribution facilities in Poland (as of June 30, 2013).
